GCG Code is a guidance to the implementation of Good
Corporate Governance. It comprises Guidance to Corporate Organs, Guidance to
Corporate Regulations, and Guidance to Corporate’s Attitude. With the
implementation of Good Corporate Governance, it is expected that PT PJBI to be
more professional, transparent, and efficient while organizing their businesses
that will eventually improve the Company’s reputation.
